So if your victims are "punks" you can get away with it?

Just because the other guy is a “punk” is no  excuse.  And I’ll admit - I’m basing this off of what the media says, but chasing down your victims? 

Come on. You have a right to defend your property and your life.

That’s what defense is quoted as saying in the newspaper.  Oooo..they threw eggs into your yard.  Not at your car.  On to the lawn. 

And how about this:

“He has to clear his name,” Cunney said. “You’re allowed to commit a crime as long as that crime is not as egregious as the crime committed.”

Wha?  What crime?  Throwing deadly ninja evil throwing star eggs?
